Who  am I?
Am I the one you see, or
The one I find myself ‘Iam’.
Why  don’t  you see me as I am?
Do I also see you as you really are, or
I see you through the glasses I wear.
 Which of our colours are true?
The one you see me! Or the one I am!!
The one I see you! Or the one you really are!!
When was it that you felt I was not what you thought?
Was it that I was wearing  another mask,
Or was it that I removed the mask.
What do you think will happen if we show our true colours?
Will our colour lay side by side to form a rainbow,
Or, will it repel to form railway tracks.
How is that we are not true to each other?
Are we doing it to stay together,
Or is it that we are cheating each other and just being as other people around us?!

A NEED FOR CHANGE

How long will all this go on
My silence is killing me inside
I can’t bear the wound again
May be not even a scratch.
I won’t be myself anymore
The pain is making a change
I am sure to have a relievo through it,
Its now your time for remorse.
I won’t give a damn to how you live further
I can no longer take the shit from you

I deserved this much before, but
I was testing you as to how much you would stoop down to exploit.

Helplessness makes you think

Think about your past

Past and your present

Present and your future

Why don’t we think before?

Before being helpless.

Man always experiences

Experiences whatever he has done

Done in his earlier life

Earlier, before being helpless

Why don’t we think before?

Before being helpless.

Where was the reasoning

Reasoning that man is known for

For which he is being considered superior

Superior that any other living things

That love overrules reasoning

Reasoning always for benefits

Loved in a way that had no boundaries

Boundaries that we find all over the world

World that had no value my love

HERE I AM...AND MY BLOG.....

Hey Guys,

First wanna thank you for visiting my blog and secondly wanna thank you again for sparing time to read it.

I am Megha Patil. To limit myself talking about me to three words in order to save everyone's time, I would say that I am the most arrogant, confident and high aimed generous girl. Had a passion to teach English Literature and Language since I finished my Graduation in English, Journalism and Economics. So joined Masters in English Literature in Kuvempu University.  After completing my Masters, I did my Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching of English in one of the most reputed Central Universities, EFLU (English and Foreign Languages University) in Hyderabad.

 Life had changed completely since I joined Kuvempu University, so decided to return to the University to express my gratitude for a positive change it brought in my life. Right now, working as a Project Assistant in Women's Resource Centre of this University. Since I have very less options to teach here, thought I would do it through the blog that I am trying to build.

The area of focus in this blog would be English Literature-especially for those who are keen on cracking NET/SET and I would also publish some poems and short stories and papers that I have written. Keen on forming a group of students or a study circle who are aspiring to clear NET/SET in English Literature, and hoping that this blog would become a platform to do it. So, will be publishing notes on topics that I cover  while preparing for the exam and also expecting your feed back and comments. Also you are free to publish your opinions and notes on the relevant topics which would be of use to others. And believe me guys, hiding notes, keeping all the materials for yourself and all that will surely not help you to pass the exam. All that you need is to WORK HARD and WORK HARD and SUCCESS will be all yours automatically. And as everyone knows "Nothing succeeds than Success". 

Apart from studies I am also interested in cooking(eating as well!!!!), learning embroidery, exploring  new places, sometimes gardening and many more things. So will be publishing all my experiments as well as experiences in life in this blog and you too are free to post yours!!!....

This blog is dedicated to my three best friends (my love, my companion and my soul mate) and also  for my irritating sister; my parents, who let me live on my own terms; and my guide Dr. Rachel Bari, who showed me how to be an independent learner and taught me many things that I wasn't aware of.
